(2) the State Department of historic preservation national cultural monuments shall be marked according to the
§ 1 to 2 copies of the copies of the cadastral maps within 60 days from the date of acquisition

cultural relics and 1 copy shall immediately send the regional authority, in
the area is a national cultural monument under section 1 is located.

§ 2
1. Annuls the Declaration of cultural heritage buildings "at the chestnut" in the
Prague-Břevnov, Folk House in Prague and the Duchcovského viaduct, campus
Lidice and the area of the former Castle of Olomouc Přemysl-the national
cultural monuments. ^ 1)
2. Annuls the Declaration of cultural heritage monument of Slavic
fraternity in monk, federal labor House of "hell" in Pilsen, the monument
the victims of the strike in large Svárovské Hamry, a monument to the Rumburské rebellion
"Am Unbowed," Memorial of Josef Hybeše in Dašicích and the Memorial to the victims of
Frývaldovské strike in Linden for the national cultural monuments. ^ 2)

AMENDMENT of REGULATION of the GOVERNMENT of the CZECH REPUBLIC No. 55/1989 Coll., on the DECLARATION
SOME CULTURAL RELICS FOR NATIONAL CULTURAL MONUMENTS
§ 3
Regulation of the Government of the Czech Socialist Republic No. 55/1989 Coll., on
the Declaration that certain cultural relics for national cultural monuments, in
the text of the regulation of the Government of the Czech Republic No. 112/1991 Coll., is hereby amended as follows:
1. In article 1 (1). 1 are deleted the words "Memorial to fallen partisans in
"Leškovicích," the birthplace of Louis of freedom "and the words" and the Memorial of Ostrava
the operation in the Hrabyni ".
2. In the annex the emit name, location, and a closer definition of the monuments:
Memorial to fallen guerrillas in Leškovicích, the birthplace of Louis of freedom and
Memorial of the Ostrava operation in Hrabyni.
