The DECREE



of 9 June. May 2005



on the determination of the theoretical and practical areas which constitute

the content of the education and training required in the Czech Republic for the performance of

regulated activities pertaining to the scope of the State Office for

nuclear safety



The State Office for nuclear safety shall, after consultation with the national

by the Coordinator in accordance with section 38 of law No. 18/2004 Coll., on the recognition of professional

qualification and other eligibility of Member States ' nationals

The European Union and on the amendment of certain laws (law on the recognition of professional

qualifications):



§ 1



List of theoretical and practical areas required for the performance of

regulated activities



List of theoretical and practical areas which constitute the content of education and

the preparation required in the Czech Republic for the performance of the regulated

the activities, for which special professional competence is required,

belonging to the scope of the State Office for nuclear safety ^ 1)

(hereinafter referred to as "the Office") is given in the annex to this Decree.
