Minister of the interior design Mgr. František Bublana on cancellation of the article. 2 (2). 1,

paragraph. 2 (a). a) to (f)). 2A and 3 generally binding decrees of the town of Sušice

No. 4/1998 on the appearance, cleanliness, order and protection of the environment, in

as amended, with the participation of the town of Sušice as an attendee

management,



as follows:



I. the provisions of article. 2 (2). 1, para. 2 (a). a), b), c) and (d)) and article. 3

generally binding decrees of the town of Sušice No. 4/1998 on the appearance, cleanliness,

order and environmental protection, as amended,

repealed on the date of publication of this finding in the statute book.



II. The remainder of the proposal is rejected.
