The Government of the Republic Československej nariaďuje podľa § 1 of law No. 143/1949

Coll., on changes in the organizácii and management in verejnej pôsobnosti it

orgánov:



§ 1.



Dňom 31. decembra 1949 repealed sa Institute of pre school and osvetový movie

zriadený nariadením with mocou of Act No. 357/1940 SL. on a Constitution pre

education and osvetový film.



§ 2.



Likvidáciu Institute of pre school and osvetový film executes minister školstva,

Sciences and arts, after the consent it with ministrom financií.



§ 3.



This nadobúda účinnosť dňom vyhlásenia nariadenie; executes him ministries

Sciences and arts, školstva after arrangement with ministrom financií.
