the merger of national transport companies "cruise the Elbe, Czechoslovakia

National Enterprise "and" Czechoslovak cruise oderská, national enterprise ".



The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to § 7 para. 2 of law No.

311/1948 Coll., on national transport enterprises, as amended by Act No.

148/1950:



§ 1.



(1) national transport companies "Czechoslovak Elbe cruise, national

Enterprise "and" Czechoslovak cruise oderská, national enterprise "are combined in

the only national transport company named "Czechoslovak cruise

Labe-oderská, national enterprise "and based in Prague; its proprietary

the tag is "ČSPLO".



(2) The "Czechoslovak shipping Labe-oderskou, national enterprise"

moving all the rights and obligations of both the merged national transportation

enterprises.



(3) the Minister of transport shall adjust the details of the merger.



§ 2.



Measures taken in conformity with the provisions of this regulation, prior to its

efficiency applies as measures taken for its implementation.



§ 3.



This Regulation shall enter into force on 30 April 2005. June 1952; does the Minister

transport in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
