on the issue of government bonds to cover the deficit of the State budget of the Czech

for the year 1992 and to cover the deficit of certain obligations of the Czech

the Republic relating to the dissolution of the Czech and Slovak Federal

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



§ 1



(1) the Ministry of finance will issue during the year 1993, and the following two

years of government bonds in the range of 16 802 million. CZK; It is addressed to the



a) 1 697 million. € To cover the deficit of the State budget of the Czech Republic

year 1992,



(b)) 4 667 million. € To cover the deficit of the State budget of the aliquot part

Federation for the year 1992, which went to the Czech Republic,



c) 10 438 million. CZK československá obchodní to repay the credit Bank.



(2) the bonds referred to in paragraph 1 shall be payable within ten years from the date of

the effectiveness of this Act.



§ 2



§ 4 shall be repealed with the Czech National Council Act No. 10/1993 Coll., on the State

the budget of the Czech Republic for the year 1993, amending and supplementing certain

the laws of the Czech National Council and some other regulations.



§ 3



This Act shall take effect on the date of publication.
