on the practical statistical tests.



To implementation of the law of 28 June. January 1919. 49 Coll. and n, and to the

supplementing the Government Republic of 28 June. November

1919. 635 Coll. and n., ordering:



§ 1.



To achieve the standing Government places the official statistic-technical

reporting the qualification within the meaning of § 52, lit. (B), pragmatics (§

5, lit. (b) the regulations of 28 June. November 1919, no. 635 Coll. and n.)

as well as an official (category C) for the statistical service of the State (section 5, lit.

(c), of the regulation), it is necessary that the candidate has performed with success

a practical examination.



For accounting officers, held administrative accounting service, the test

provided for in the preceding paragraph is not required.



§ 2.



Qualify for admission to practical statistical test is the one who passed the

school-leaving exam in high school or teaching the Constitution on a par with her

at least one-year proves to be built and the practice of the State Office

statistical returns. The exception may be the decision of the Chairman of the examination Committee

to be admitted to the examination and the candidate with the experience in other professional service

statistical.



§ 3.



The test takes place in writing and orally. Word of mouth from these items:



1. basics of theory and statistical techniques, particularly whether or not knowledge of

statistical sources and mechanical AIDS;



2. basics of the constitutional and administrative law, namely the organisation of public

the authorities, on the foundations of the national economy and financial Sciences;



3. the provisions relating to statistical services (in particular the law on the Organization

Statistics, the Statute of the Council of State and the State Office of statistics

the statistical law and regulation on the aggregation of statistics

foreign trade, the most important customs regulations as they relate to

statistical services, etc.).



Oral examination for each candidate takes usually 3/4 hours.



§ 4.



To the oral test may be accepted only to have done with the benefit of

§ 5.
