DECREE



The Ministry of finance

repealing the Ordinance of the Federal Ministry of finance,

The Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic and the Slovak Ministry of finance

No. 587/1990 Coll., on rent from residential price regulation

a space in the text of the Decree of the Ministry of finance no 168/1994 Coll.



The Ministry of Finance shall determine according to § 2 (2). 2 (a). Czech law)

the National Council No. 266/1991 Coll., on the scope of the authorities of the Czech Republic

prices, as amended by Act No. 135/1994 Coll.:



§ 1



Decree of the Federal Ministry of finance, the Ministry of Finance of the Czech

the Republic and the Ministry of Finance of the Slovak Republic No. 587/1990 Coll., on

the prices of non-residential premises rent control, as amended by Decree

The Ministry of finance no 168/1994 Coll., is hereby repealed.



§ 2



This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. October 1995.
