on the agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government
The Polish people's Republic on mutual cooperation in the field of mine rescue
services
16 December 2002. December 1959 in Katowice was the agreement signed between the Government of
The Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the Polish people's Republic on mutual
cooperation in the field of mine rescue service.
The agreement was approved by the Government of the Czechoslovak Republic on 4 October. March 1960.
Approval of the agreement by the competent authorities of the Polish people's Republic, it was
communicated to the note of 18 May. February 1960 and its approval by the Government

The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic and the Government of the Polish people's Republic
Desiring to establish close cooperation in the field of mining
emergency services have decided to conclude this agreement and to have designated as the

Article 1
The Contracting Parties shall, if necessary, upon request, provide

Article 2

Article 3

Article 4

Article 6

Article 7

Article 8
The parties will exchange experiences in the field of mining

Article 9
Detailed provisions relating to mutual cooperation in the field of mining
rescue services shall be specified in an implementing memorandum Main

Article 10
This agreement is subject to approval of the two Governments and shall enter into force on the date of

This agreement is concluded for a period of five years starting from the date of entry
