The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to § 1 (1). 1 (b). and)
Act No. 143/1949 Coll., on changes in the Organization of the public administration and in the
the scope of its institutions, and according to § 32 Act No. 279/1949 Coll., on
financial management of national committees:
§ 1
(1) from the scope of the central authorities are transferred to the regional national
committees of the matters referred to in Annex A, national committees on district matters referred to
in Annex B, and on the local national committees of the matters referred to in Annex C to this
of the regulation. Where in these matters, the central authorities decided in agreement
with other central authorities or after their hearing, is also
the scope of these other central bodies, if not in those annexes
unless otherwise provided for.
(2) the scope of the regional national committees is transferred to the district
the national committees of the matters referred to in Annex D to this regulation. From the scope of
regional and district national committees are transferred to the local national
committees of the things listed in Annex E to this regulation.
§ 2
Eliminates award of the consent of the central authorities to use employees
regional national committees for professional services to other tasks (section 18
paragraph. 6 of Act No. 280/1948 Coll., Finlayson).
§ 3
(1) the benefits under section 17 of Decree No. 90/1050 Coll., on administration of
national property, the national committees may be established for disposing
real estate national property.
(2) in the regional national committees and with the Central National Committee
the city of Prague may not be submitted to the plenary or
such measures require the approval of the central authorities, pursuant to section 18 of the
VL. Regulation. No 90/1950.
§ 4
The labelling of persons to be přikázány for tenants in
the houses are managed by local authority undertakings (article 6, paragraph 2, of Act No. 138/1948
Coll. on the management of flats, as pol-No. 63, annex. (C) the Government
Regulation No. 116/1949 Coll., on further transfers of responsibility in a public
manage).

This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 1952; carry out all
members of the Government.
