DECREE
from day 4. July 2013
opening a national nature reserve and the determination of its Dale
closer trade conditions
Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))
Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.
218/2004 Coll., Act No 312/2008 Coll., and Act No. 349/2009, code:
§ 1
The definition of national nature reserve
(1) national nature reserve is Dale (hereinafter referred to as the national
the natural reserve ").
(2) national nature reserve is situated on the territory of southern Bohemia,
in the cadastral areas Dvory nad Lužnicí, Vyšné, Boundaries for new
Castles. The boundaries of the National Park shall be closed
geometric shape with straight sides, whose vertices are specified
uniform trigonometric network cadastral coordinates ^ 1). For a list of
the coordinates of the vertices of a geometric shape as they go in a shape for the
succession, is contained in annex 1 to this notice.
(3) Indicative graphical representation of territory and national nature reserve
its protection zone is shown in annex 2 to this Decree.
§ 2
Object of protection
The subject of the protection of national nature reserves are
a) natural forests mainly constructed pinewood and bog
Bory,
(b)) communities open raised bogs,
(c)) populations of rare and endangered plant species pine pine (Pinus
rotundata) and swamp Ledum (Ledum palustre), including their
biotopes.
§ 3
More protective conditions
Only with the consent of the competent authority for nature protection in the national
nature reserve
and allow changes to) the species of land or methods of their utilization ^ 2), or
(b)) to carry out economic measures in the Woods during the period from 1. March to 31.
July of each year.
§ 4

This Decree shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. August 2013.
