of 22 March. October 1931



on the interest rate pursuant to § § 50 and 59 of the Act in the future



The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic ordered pursuant to §§ 50 and 59 of the law of the day

April 8, 1920, no. 329 Coll. and n. (replacement Act), as amended by law

of 13 October. July 1922, no. 220 Coll. and n.:



Article. (I)



Government regulation of 7 April. August 1922, no. 221 Coll. and n., which increases the

the interest rate for kapitalisování claims from contracts of business and

zaopatřovacích and for compensation for the property taken over by the reckoning of making out

the claim of a former owner of the property to the State (articles 50 and 59

Article II
