DECREE



of 25 June 2002. October 2010,



amending Decree No 537/2006 Coll., on inoculation against infectious

diseases, as amended



The Ministry of health shall lay down pursuant to § 108 paragraph. 1 of law No.

258/2000 Coll., on the protection of public health and amendment to certain

related laws, as amended by Act No. 392/2005 Coll. and Act No.

222/2006 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"), for the implementation of § 45 para. 2, § 46 para.

1, 2 and 6, § 47 para. 3 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 537/2006 Coll., on inoculation against infectious diseases, as amended by

Decree No. 65/2009 Coll. and Decree No. 443/2009 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In article 2 (2). 1 (b). a), the words "against seasonal flu," shall be deleted.



2. In article 2 (2). 1 (b). (b)), after the words "hepatitis B" comma replaces

the word "and" and the words "and against seasonal flu" are deleted.



3. § 3, including the title reads as follows:



"§ 3



Regular vaccination against tuberculosis



(1) vaccination shall be carried out in children with the indications set out in annex 3 to the

4. in article 4, paragraph 1 reads:

Indications for vaccination against tuberculosis



1. One or both of the parents of the child or a sibling of the child or a member of the
