the Council of the District of the National Committee in the new Castles

you will determine the district authorities of local (municipal) national committees in the

§ 1



The Council of the District of the National Committee in the new castles, it is determined in accordance with § 9 para.

2 (a). and) of Act No. 87/1958 Coll. on building code, in conjunction with article. 6

the Slovak National Council Act No 72/1969 Coll., on certain measures in

the Organization and scope of national committees in the Slovak Socialist

Republic, the building authorities.



1. The District Office of the city and local national committees established in the

Šurany, Slovakia with territorial responsibility for the city and the municipality of Šurany Kostolný Sek,

Lipová and Nitriansky Hrádok;



2. The District Office of the local national committees established in Tvrdošovcích with

territorial responsibility for village Tvrdošovce and Jatov.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
