the Council of the District National Committee stub

you will determine the district offices of the local national committees in the district

the building authorities



§ 1



The Council of the District of the National Committee of the stub determines pursuant to § 9 para. 2

(a). and) of Act No. 87/1958 Coll. on building code, in conjunction with article. 6

the Slovak National Council Act No 72/1969 Coll., on certain measures in

the Organization and scope of national committees in the Slovak Socialist

Republic, the building authorities



1. The District Office of the local national committees established in Bošanech with the territorial

competence of the municipalities, the beauty and Bošany Nedanovce;



2. The District Office of the local national committees based in Slatina nad

Areas with territorial responsibility for the municipality Slatina nad Bebravou, Slatinka

NAD Bebravou, Čierna Lehota, Šípkov, Trebichava, Beautiful Village and

Timoradza;



3. The District Office of the local national committees established in Radošíně with the territorial

powers for municipalities, Nitrianska Blatnica, Radošina Šalgovce, Ardanovce,

Orešany, Svrbice and Bzince.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
