the Council of the District National Committee in levice

you will determine the district offices of the local national committees and other

the national committees of the city building authorities



§ 1



The Council of the District National Committee in levice determines under section 9 (2). 2

(a). and) Act No 87/1958 Coll. on building code, in conjunction with article. 6

the Act of the Slovak National Council No. 72/1969 Coll., on certain measures in

the Organization and scope of national committees in the Slovak Socialist

Republic, the building authorities:



1. The District Office of the local national committees established in Bátovcích with

territorial responsibility for municipalities, Drženice, Bátovce Jabloňovce, Pečenice,

Žemberovce;



2. The circuit Office of the local national committees established in the Farné with territorial

competence of the municipalities, Kvetná, Kuraľany Farná, Veľké Ludince;



3. The circuit Office of the local national committees established in Ipeľském Sokolci

with territorial responsibility for the village of Bielovce Ipeľský Sokolec Kubáňovo,,,

Lontov, Pastovce, Zalaba;



4. The District Office of the local national committees established in the murky over Hronem

with territorial responsibility after a village Fable, Beša, Dolný Pial, Horný Pial, Inya,

Kalná nad Hronom, Lok, Lula, Mochovce, new Tekov, Veľký Ďur Tehla,;



5. District Office of the local national committees established in levice with territorial

competence of the municipalities, Brhlovce Dolná Seč, Gondovo, and Horná Seč, Horša,

Hronské Kosihy, Kalinčiakovo, Krškany, Kiar Mýtne Ludany, Small, New

Dedina, Podlužany, Tekovský Hrádok, Old Hrádok;



6. The District Office of the local national committees established in Plášťovcích with

the territorial competence of the municipalities Turovce Ipeľské Úľany, Heated, Plášťovce;



7. District Office of the local national committees established in the Pukanci with the territorial

scope for the municipality of Bohunice, Devičany, Pukanec, Uhliská;



8. The District Office of the local national committees established in the Santovce with the territorial

scope for the municipality Bory, Čankov, Demadice, Hontianska Vrbica,

Santovka, Sazdice, Tekovské Trsťany;



9. District Office of the local national committees established in the old Tekově with

the territorial competence of the municipalities Hronské Kľačany, Old Tekov, Veľké

Kozmálovce;



10. District Office of the local national committees established in the Šahách with the territorial

Dolné Semerovce scope for municipalities, Hokovce, Heated Semerovce, Hrkovce,

Preseľany nad Ipľom, Slatina, Tešmák, Dull, Veľké Turovce Vyškovce nad,

Ipľom;



11. District Office of the local national committees established in Šarovcích with

the territorial competence of the municipalities Jur nad Hronom, Šarovce, Tura, Vyšné nad

Žemliare Hronom,;



12. District Office of the local national committees established in the Tekovských

§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
