Of the Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Hungarian People's Republic
adjusting border traffic

Change: 39/1978 Coll.

On October 16, 1962 was signed in Prague
Agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Hungarian People's Republic
adjusting border traffic.

Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic approved the agreement on 30
January 1963, which was communicated to the Hungarian side, by a note dated 18 February
1,963th Presidiální Council of the Hungarian People's Republic approved the agreement on
11th April 1963, which was notified by a note dated 8 June 1963.

According to the provisions of Article 21, paragraph 1 of the Agreement entered into force on
8th July 1963.

Czech version of the Agreement shall be open simultaneously.

AGREEMENT
Between the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic
adjusting border traffic

Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Hungarian People's Republic
Desiring to enable simplified formalities for crossing
Czechoslovak-Hungarian state border for citizens of both countries who live in zones
border traffic, and thereby strengthen and deepen | || fraternal cooperation and friendship of the people of both countries, have decided to conclude an agreement on the adjustment
border traffic and for that purpose have appointed as their Agents

Who exchanged their full powers, found in good and due form
, have agreed as follows:
PART I



General Provisions Article 1


First For Gaza border traffic along the Czechoslovak-Hungarian state
border areas are considered general rule fifteen kilometers in the territory of each State

Article 2

PART II


Travel documents required for border traffic
Article 3

Article 4

Article 5

Article 6

Article 7

Article 9

Article 10

PART IV


Customs provisions
Article 11

Article 12

Article 13

Article 14

Special provisions

PART VI

Final provisions

Article 19

Article 21


First This Agreement is subject to approval by the constitutional provisions of the Contracting Parties

Second The entry into force of this Agreement expires
