amended, and Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on surveying and amending
and additions to certain laws related to its introduction

PART THREE
Changing the law on surveying and amending and supplementing certain laws
related to its introduction
Article. (III)
Act No. 200/1994 Coll., on surveying and amending and supplementing certain
laws related to its introduction, is amended as follows:
1. In section 13(2). 1, letter a) is added:
"and the plan, a copy of the geometric mean) of geometric plan, as set forth in
the rationing plan, the new cadastral survey information file
real estate and the documentation of the delineation of the land ".
2. in article 16, the following paragraph 5 is added:
"(5) a copy of the geometric Verification plan shall be marked with the text:" tests
that the copy agrees with the geometric plan. ". The text shall be accompanied
the handwritten signature of the natural person, the date of verification of copies, the number of
registration of certified copies and stamp shall equivalences, whose contents
referred to in paragraph 4. ".

FINAL PROVISIONS
Article IV
1. Agricultural Lands that were in the land not yet recorded in the kind of
Meadow and pasture land, from the register of this Act in the kind of
a plot of grassland.

Some laws related to its introduction, to the effective date
This law, can from the effective date of this Act, to verify and copy
geometric plans, advanced allocation plans and the new files
surveying the land registry information.
PART FIVE
THE PUBLICATION OF THE FULL TEXT OF THE ACT
Article. In
The Prime Minister shall be empowered, in the collection of laws promulgated the full text
Act No. 344/1992 Coll., on the land register of the Czech Republic
(cadastral law), as derived from the laws of it changing.
PART SIX
The EFFECTIVENESS of the
Čl.VI
This Act shall take effect on 1 January 2000. September 2000.
