1. In § 163 para. 3 in 1. the line should be "Obvinenému sa uznesie ..."
"Obvinenému sa uznesenie...";
in § 266 paragraph. 2 in 1. the line is to be in place "against the performance of treste..."
"against the opinion of treste...";
in § 270 of paragraph 1. 1 has the last part of the sentence correctly read: "that thing in the
potrebnom range of prejednal and rozhodol again. ";
in § 284 paragraph 2 is incorrectly marked as (3) (2);
in section 325 paragraph. 1 sentence after the semicolon has correctly read: "the President of the Senate
preruší the sentence always, ak ide about a ťarchavú woman... ";
in § 351 of paragraph 1. 1 the beginning of the first sentence should correctly read: "the performance of the protective
liečenia nariadi liečebnému, President of the Senate of the Institute ... ".
2. in § 14 para. 1 first sentence correctly has a beginning sound: "Poradným orgánom
Minister vnútra... ";
in § 29 para. 1, the beginning of the sentence correctly read: "Doterajšie archives that
zodpovedajú archívom ... ".
3. § 2 is correctly read: "Decree nadobúda účinnosť dňom
vyhlásenia. ".
4. in § 5 para. 2 in the second line should be "after the Elimination of documents."
"after the execution of the documents.".
