455/2008 Coll. DECREE of 12 December 2008 on the scope, structure and deadlines for the submission of data on the state of receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity investments and securities owned by the state and which are chapter administrators to manage is the Ministry of Finance, pursuant to section 36 it para. 4 of the Act No. 218/2000 Coll., on budgetary rules and amending some related Acts (budgetary rules), as amended by Act No. 26/2008 Coll.: § 1 This Decree regulates the scope, structure and deadlines for the submission of data on the state receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity investments and securities owned by the state and which are competent to manage the chapter administrators , the Ministry of Finance (the "Ministry"). section 2 (1) Managers of chapters submitted to the Ministry in electronic form), the data on the state of receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity and securities for the first, second and third calendar quarter within 30 days after the end of the calendar quarter is, b) information on in receivables from provided repayable financial assistance, equity and securities for the previous calendar year 20 February of the following calendar year. (2) The data pursuant this paragraph 1.
