amending Decree No. 114/2002 Coll. on the Fund for cultural and

social needs



The Ministry of Finance shall determine in accordance with § 48 para. 6 and section 60 of the Act No.

218/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules and amendments

related acts (budgetary rules), and according to § 33 para. 4 of the law

No. 250/2000 Coll. on budgetary rules local budgets:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 114/2002 Coll. on the Fund for cultural and social needs,

be amended as follows:



1. In article 11 (1) 1 at the end of the second sentence is replaced by a comma and dot

addition of the words "in cases of natural disaster, ecological involvement

or industrial accident to the territories in which it was declared safe

the status of not more than 30 000 CZK. ".



2. In article 11 (1) 2, after the words "$ 2,000", the words "or 50 000

In cases of natural disaster, disability ecological or industrial

accidents to the territories in which the emergency was declared, ".



3. in article 14, the following paragraph 4 is added:



"(4) gifts can provide also other natural persons or allowance

organizations affected by natural disaster, environmental or industrial

accidents to the territories in which the emergency was declared. On these gifts

not covered by the restrictions referred to in paragraph 3. '.



Article II



This Decree shall take effect on the date of its publication.
