ownership of the flats, as amended by Act No. 30/1978 Coll. and Act No.
513/1991 Coll.
The Federal Assembly at 2. a joint meeting of the House of the people and of the House of

the Federation, the legal measures of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly of
May 20, 1992, no 297/1992 Coll. supplementing Act No. 42/1992
Coll., on the adjustment of property relations and the settlement of property claims in
cooperatives, and amending and supplementing Act No. 52/1966 Coll., on personal
ownership of the flats, as amended by Act No. 30/1978 Coll. and Act No.
513/1991 Coll.
