to extend the scope of the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Republic and

United Kingdom of Great Britain and Ireland on 11 July. November 1924 the

legal aid in civil matters to other British colonies,

protectorates and mandate territories.

His British Majesty's Government announced pursuant to article 14, paragraph 1. 2.,

the Treaty between the Czechoslovak Republic and United Kingdom of great

Britain and Ireland on 11 July. November 1924 on legal assistance in matters of

civil, no 70 Coll. and n. from 1926 that it wishes to rozšířiti

the application of this Treaty to the British colonies, protectorates and mandate

territory and described it as legitimate authorities listed below into the

request for service of judicial and extrajudicial writings and about the performance of the legal

assistance in civil matters:

The Treaty provisions on linguistic modification request remain in nezměněně

validity and dožádáních intended for the above British colony,

protectorates and mandated territories, with the exception of the protectorate of Nyasaland, for

which is however a translation request in the language of French and English, and

Seychelles, for which it is připojiti the translation in the language of the English or

the French.



Extension of the scope of the Convention has become effective, the quoted date 17. February

1927.
