The Ministry of health according to the provisions of section 10 of Act No. 526/1990

Coll., on prices, as amended, hereby gives notice that on 16. April

2012 price decision issued 2/12-FAR, establishing a list of

medical devices with deregulated prices of the manufacturer. The prices of

the decision is published in the journal of the Department of health, the amount

3/2012 of 27 June. April 2012, and came into effect on 1 May 2004. may 2012.
