the more detailed the terms of organization of the Czech School Inspectorate and enforcement

inspection activities



The Ministry of education, youth and sports (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry")

determined in accordance with § 175 paragraph. 6 of Act No. 561/2004 Coll. on pre-school,

primary, secondary, higher vocational and other education (the education

§ 1



More detailed conditions for the Organization of the Czech school inspection



(1) at the head of each of the inspectorates of the Czech school inspection is the Director

the Inspectorate.



(2) the offices of the Czech school inspection are marked by the Czech School

§ 2



More detailed conditions for the performance of inspection activities



(1) the Czech School Inspectorate shall prepare a draft plan of the main tasks of the Czech

school inspection ^ 2) with the use of the conclusions of previous school inspections, the

offices, schools and educational institutions from the founders, directors of schools and school

equipment, and school boards.

§ 3



Business licences



(1) the model licence, the school inspector is given in annex 1.



(2) the model licence, the control of the worker is given in annex 2.



(3) the Licences referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 shall contain:

(b)) the name "Czech school inspection"



(c)) the photograph school inspector or inspection worker

(d)) name. name, last name, or the designation of graduate in higher

vocational schools, academic degree, or degree,

(f) the signature of the central school inspector).



§ 4



Regulation (EEC)



Repealed the Decree No 109/2003 Coll. on the organisation, performance and challenges

school inspection.

Front page of professional licence



Service card is 54 mm high and 85 mm wide. Is printed on white

Paper tab.



The text on the front side is made in black. At the top of

the staff of the card shows the name of the Organization ", the Czech school inspection".

On the left is left the field for a photo of the school inspector.

In the Middle under the coat of arms is printed to the right of it

the registration number of the staff of the licence under which is marked in bold the name of the

"Pass the school inspector". In the lower half of the staff of the card,

to the right of the photo is in bold shall be marked according to § 3 (b). d) Decree. In

the lower right corner of the front side is marked by the central function

the school inspector and his handwritten signature. Photos of the school

the inspector shall be reproduced in the right bottom corner of the round stamp the United

school inspection. The whole front page is covered with transparent laminating

foil.



The back page of the staff of the card does not contain any data.

Front page of professional licence



Service card is 54 mm high and 85 mm wide. Is printed on white

The text on the front side is made in black. At the top of the card

is the name of the Organization, "the Czech school inspection". On the left is

left field for the photo control worker. In the middle of

staff ID card under the coat of arms is printed to the right of it

the registration number of the staff of the licence under which is marked in bold the name of the

"Control Card". In the lower half of the staff of the card,

to the right of the photo is in bold shall be marked according to § 3 (b). d) Decree. In

the lower right corner of the front side is marked by the central function

the school inspector and his handwritten signature. Photos of the control

the worker is in the lower right corner of the Czech round stamp shall be reproduced

school inspection. The whole front page is covered with transparent laminating

foil.



The back page of the staff of the card does not contain any data.
