The constituent National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on

This Act:



Article. (I)



The law of 24 December 2002. in July 1919, no. 462 of propůjčování places

the Legionnaires, is added as follows:



In § 2 shall be inserted between paragraphs 4 and 5, a new paragraph worded as follows:



"The Allied and friendly armies, referred to in the previous two

paragraphs have been on a par with the Red Army of Soviet

Socialist Republics. "



Article II



This Act shall take effect on the date of the notice; It performs the Minister

national defence, in agreement with the participating members of the Government.
