On the basis of a resolution of the National Assembly mandates:



§ 1.



The authorisation provided for in § 16 of the Act of 25 June 2002. February 1919, no. 84 Coll. and

n., extends to all fields of the rights fees.



§ 2.



This Act shall take effect on the date of the notice; the implementation is

the Minister of finance.
