on the agreement between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government

Polish people's Republic concerning the construction of the road bypass of the cities of Czech

Těšín-Cieszyn and on the establishment of a new border crossing road

The AGREEMENT



between the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Polish

's Republic of China on the construction of the bypass road of cities in Czech Republic-

Cieszyn and on the establishment of a new border crossing road



The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic and the Government of the Polish people's

in an effort to protect the city of Český Těšín and Cieszyn from harmful consequences

agree on the following:



Article 1



1. the Contracting Parties shall develop within its territory bypass cities Czech

Těšín and Cieszyn and in the years 1986-1990 on this bypass shall establish new

Road border crossing for all kinds of international road

transport.



2. The Contracting Parties undertake that the construction of the ring road will not be affected

the current progress of the Czechoslovakia Polish State border.



Article 2



1. The Contracting Parties shall develop each on their territory to be used for objects

the common border control located at the exit and follow-up

access roads.

Article 3

Article 5

Article 6

in the national plans for the years 1986-1990.



Article 7

Article 9

Article 10



This agreement is subject to approval in accordance with the law of each Contracting Party

and shall enter into force on the date of exchange of notes confirming the approval.

The Contracting Parties agree on the provisional implementation of the provisions of this

Article 11



This agreement is concluded for an unlimited period of time.



This agreement was drawn up in Szczecin 26 March. May 1986 in two

copies, each in the Czech and Polish, both texts have

the same force.
