processing of biometric data contained in the data medium travel

document

Ministry of the Interior shall establish in accordance with § 61 para. 3 of Act No. 325/1999 Coll.

on asylum and on the amendment of Act No. 283/1991 Coll., on the police of the Czech Republic, in the

§ 1



This Decree ^ 1) modifies the following a directly applicable regulation

§ 2



The biometric data of the applicant for the issue of a travel document (hereinafter referred to as

"the applicant") the authority competent to issue a travel document or

§ 4



(1) the biometric data taken under section 2 to 3a, where applicable, that

§ 5
