provided by the company for the purpose of financing the purchase of EUROFIMA

railway rolling stock and on the amendment of Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on the

trades (Trade Act), as amended

Parliament has passed the following Act of the United States:



PART THE FIRST



THE LAW ON THE PROVISION OF STATE GUARANTEES FOR THE UNITED STATES TO SECURE THE LOAN

PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY FOR THE PURPOSE OF FINANCING THE PURCHASE OF EUROFIMA

RAILWAY ROLLING STOCK



§ 1



(1) the Czech Republic will provide State guarantee to secure the loan, which

the joint stock company Czech railways will provide European society for

financing of the railway cars for the purpose of financing the purchase of EUROFIMA

passenger rail cars, electric locomotives and 380 series

series 471 electric units for suburban traffic.



(2) the State guarantee referred to in paragraph 1 shall be granted to the principal of the loan in the amount of

45 000 000 euros, and interest and fees associated with the provision of a loan according to the

the credit agreements, if this loan will be due within

December 31, 2018.



PART TWO



Amendment to the Trade Licensing Act



§ 2



In § 31 para. 17 of Act No. 455/1991 Coll., on trades

(Trade Act), as amended by Act No. 119/2004 Coll., Act No.

167/2004 Coll. and Act No 215/2005 Coll., in the first sentence, the word

"customer" shall be replaced by the words "at the request of the customer" and the words "

§ 3



Regulation (EEC)



Part two of the Act No. 216/2005 Coll. on registers and amending
