on the determination of public ports, in which ice disrupting postal stationery



The Ministry of agriculture and the Ministry of transport shall be determined according to § 47

paragraph. 4 (b). b) of Act No. 254/2001 Coll. on waters and amending certain

acts (the Water Act), as amended by Act No 150/2010 Coll.:



§ 1



Ice is disrupting postal stationery in public ports



and in the Děčín-) port of Decin-Rozbělesy,



(b)) of Ústí nad Labem-in the port of Ústí nad Labem-Alberta,



c) Prague-Smíchov.



§ 2
