The State Commission for scientific, technical and investment development



of 7 November. August 1989



repealing the Decree of the State Commission for scientific, technical and

investment development No 13/1988 Coll., on how to increase budget

costs and the redeployment deadlines pass for testing operation and capacity

deadlines for buildings under construction



The State Commission for scientific, technical and investment development, establishes, pursuant to §

29 (b). (d)) of the law No. 194/1988 Coll., on the scope of the federal Central

public authorities:



§ 1



Repealed the Decree of the State Commission for science and technology and investment

the development of the No 13/1988 Coll., on how to increase budget costs and

the redeployment terms of transmission capacity for testing operation and terms

the completion of the buildings under construction.



§ 2



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
