Dated 29 December 2014

Amending Decree no. 173/1995 Coll., Issuing the order
transport pathways, as amended

Ministry of Transport, pursuant to § 66 para. 1 of Act no. 266/1994 Coll.
On railways, as amended by Act no. 23/2000 Coll., Act no. 77/2002 Coll.
Act no. 103/2004 Coll., Act no. 181/2006 Coll., Act no. 191/2006 Coll.
Act no. 194/2010 Coll., Act no. 134/2011 Coll. and Act no. 64/2014 Coll.
(hereinafter the "Act") to implement § 22 paragraph. 5, § 35 para. 4, § 42 para.
3, § 43 para. 1, 4 and 7, § 43b paragraph. 7, § 44 para. 1, § 47 para. 2 and §
48 par. 1 of the Act:

Art. I

Decree no. 173/1995 Coll., Issuing the Railway Transportation Rules, as amended
Decree no. 242/1996 Coll., Decree no. 174/2000 Coll., Decree no. 133
/ 2003 Sb. and Decree no. 57/2013 Coll., is amended as follows:

First In § 1 point. e) the words "track (track trolley wire, rope, etc.)."

Second In § 1, letter m) reads:

"§ 21a

57th Annex no. 3 of Part II. Rolling stock of the national and regional
tracks, additional requirements of paragraph 14. reads:

59th Annex no. 3 of Part II. Rolling stock of the national and regional
tracks, additional requirements of paragraph 17. reads:

"17th rail vehicles must be towed with the exception of special vehicles
compatible with means for detecting a train used in a particular
track section or part thereof which the vehicle travels in order to assure proper operation
security devices. In the case of

61st Annex no. 3, Part IV. Rolling stock tramway remarks
no. 2 and 3 added:

amendments to certain Acts (Road Traffic Act), as amended

3) Decree no. 341/2002 Coll., On approval of roadworthiness and
technical conditions for operating vehicles on roads in
amended. ".

62nd Annex no. 3 of part V. the rail vehicles trolleybus after point
26th following new paragraph 27., added:

"27th Each rail vehicle trolleybus must be equipped with guard
insulation level, which signals the deterioration of the insulation resistance between
traction circuits and ground vehicles below normative values. ".

Existing paragraph 27. shall become point 28 .

63rd Annex no. 3 of part V. the rail vehicles trolleybus the 29th

Art. II


Transitional provisions

Art. III
Efficiency


This decree comes into force on 15 January 2015, with the exception
