establishing the list of products provided for, the conditions under which it can be
to make their importation or transportation, establishing certain conditions
for specific products, which can be made of their exports, and the establishment of
terms and patterns of applications for the grant of a permit and an export permit
The Government ordered pursuant to section 18 of Act No 228/2005 Coll., on the control of trade in
products, possession of which is in the Czech Republic restricts for security
reasons, and amending certain laws, as amended by Act No 281/Sb.
(hereinafter referred to as the "Act") to implement section 1 (1). 2 and § 8a of the paragraph. 1 of the Act:
§ 1
The list of defined products
The list of defined products, possession limits in the Czech Republic
for reasons of security interests of the State, is given in annex 1 and in
Annex 2 to this regulation.
§ 2
Documents required to permit the export of specific products
List of the documents required to permit the export of specific products is
listed in annex 3 to this regulation.
§ 3
Patterns of requests
(1) applications for the grant of the authorization Model for transportation or importation laid down
products listed in annex 4 to this regulation.
(2) the application for an export permit is given for specific products
in annex 5 to this regulation.
§ 4
Regulation (EEC)
Decree-Law No 230/2005 Coll., laying down the list of defined
products, the conditions under which imports or exports can take place or
the carriage of specified products, requirements and applications for Community designs
authorization is hereby repealed.
