on the adjustment of certain compensation for loss of earnings after the end of the work

incapacity or disability



The Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic orders under section 447 paragraph 2.

3 of the civil code:



§ 1



(1) compensation for loss of earnings after the incapacity or

§ 3



Compensation for loss of earnings, adjusted in accordance with paragraph 1 shall be payable from the date of

the effectiveness of this regulation.



§ 4



This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. April 1983.
