DECREE



of 14 July 1999. March 2006



about prerequisites and how to support the marketing and sales of products

support for the development of tourism in the area of wine growing and winemaking, and

details on the provision of information to the public Before the Fund



The Ministry of agriculture (hereinafter referred to as "the Ministry") determined in accordance with section 42

paragraph. 2 Act No. 321/2004 Coll., on wine-growing and wine-making and amending

some related laws (Act on wine-growing and Winery), in

amended by Act No 411/2005 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act"), for the implementation of § 31 para.

10 of the Act:



§ 1



General provisions



(1) the Fund supports the marketing and sale of products in the following ways:



and) shall contribute to cover the costs incurred to subscriber fees or

rental of exhibition space to the participants shows, competitions and exhibitions of wines,



(b)) shall contribute to the costs incurred for the rental of premises for the

the venue shows, competitions and exhibitions of wines, and their promotion,



(c)) provides contributions to conducting surveys for the wine market

products,



(d)) shall contribute to the costs incurred for the rental of premises for the

the holding of seminars, conferences and training sessions with the theme of the winery,

vineyard or sommelierství, the development of tourism in the area

Vineyard and Winery, lecturer and Assistant staff rewards

and the production of materials for these actions,



e) provides contributions to the royalties, and production of print and

audiovisual materials about wine, vineyard or vineyard

the development of tourism in the area of wine growing and winemaking,



f) rental of premises, the remuneration for performers and promotion promotions

with the theme of vineyard or Winery, the development of tourism in the area

wine growing and winemaking, with the exception of actions to promote products

individual firms,



g) Advisory services for the preparation of applications for authorization to grant the designation

wines of the original certification.



(2) the amount of support granted by the Fund to individual aid may not

(3) the aid granted pursuant to paragraph 1, including the conditions for their

Grant Fund shall be published in a manner allowing remote access

not later than 31 December 2006. October or 30. April and at least in one

focused on wine growing and winemaking.



§ 2



(1) a person applying for any of the aid pursuant to § 1 (1). 1 (hereinafter referred to as

"the applicant") shall submit an application for the grant of the aid in terms of Fund



and) from 1. January to 15. February, or

§ 3



A request for the grant of the aid



(1) an application for the grant of aid pursuant to § 1 (1). 1 the applicant may submit,

(2) in the application for the grant of aid the applicant shall indicate

permanent residence in the territory of the Czech Republic, in the case of citizens United

(3) the application for aid shall be accompanied by the applicant

§ 4



The Fund shall pay the aid referred to in paragraph 1 of the applicant after the applicant has submitted evidence that

expended resources in accordance with the decision to grant aid.



§ 5



Further use of the resources of the Fund



(1) the Fund shall be published in a manner allowing remote access in the form of a list

all the expenditure of the Fund that are higher than CZK 10,000, the action, or

repeated performance of a single body in excess of this amount, in

the calendar year, and no later than 10 working days after

decision of the Council, and to the extent: the purpose of the performance, the beneficiary,

the due date and the actual date of performance, amount paid,

where appropriate, the amount and dates of disbursements.

§ 6
