amending Decree No 505/2006 Coll., implementing some

provisions of the law on social services, as amended



The Ministry of labour and Social Affairs shall determine pursuant to section 119 paragraph 1. 2 of the Act

No. 108/2006 Coll., on social services, as amended by the Act No. 261/2007

Coll., Act No. 207/2009 Coll. and Act No. 366/2011 Coll.:



Article. (I)



Decree No 505/2006 Coll., which implements certain provisions of the Act

on social services, as amended by Decree No 166/2007 Coll., Decree No.

340/2007 Coll., Act No. 239/2009 Coll. and Decree No. 162/2010 Coll., shall

be amended as follows:



1. The title of part the first: "the WAY of EVALUATION of ABILITY to HANDLE

THE BASIC NECESSITIES OF LIFE ".



2. sections 1 and 2 shall be added:



"§ 1



(1) the ability of persons to handle basic living needs for the purposes of

determination of the degree of dependence be evaluated according to the activities that are for

each of the basic necessities of life as defined in annex 1 to this

the Decree.



(2) the ability of persons to handle basic living needs for the purposes of

determination of the degree of dependence is assessed in a natural social environment

and with regard to the age of the individual.
