In the ninth article. X has a 6 point correctly read:



"6. In § 34 paragraph 1 reads:



"(1) State authorities and authorities of territorial self-governing units, which



a) shall keep a register of persons or their property, or



(b)) provide transactions which are subject to tax, or



(c) the proceedings in cases), when the subject of the proceedings before them are subject to

tax liability, or



(d)) earned other additional data needed for the assessment and the recovery of taxes,



are required to pass the tax details in the range referred to in paragraph 2. ".".
