on the fees of the professional activity of the State Office for nuclear safety
The Government directs pursuant to § 3e para. 3 of law No. 18/1997 Coll. on peaceful
the use of nuclear energy and ionizing radiation (the Atomic Act) and the
amendments to certain laws, as amended by law No 249/2007 Coll.:
§ 1
The subject of the edit
This Regulation determines the rate of the application fee and rate maintenance
the fee for the various activities of the State Office for nuclear safety
According to section 3 c of the Atomic Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Act").
§ 2
The rate of the application fee

the release of the first authorization to operate the
1. nuclear energy reactor with a thermal power of more than 50 MW,

the issue of permits to the individual stages of the decommissioning of the site

§ 3
Rate maintenance fee
Rate maintenance fee

8. storage of radioactive waste, with the exception of repositories containing
exclusively natural radionuclides, 175 000 CZK
(b)) under section 3 c of paragraph 1. 2 (a). section 2 of the Act) shall be for each calendar
month in which the obligation of the holder of the authorization fee took to
operation of the workplace III. the categories for the extraction and processing of uranium ore,
with the exception of the decontamination stations on closed bearings, 35 000 CZK
(c)) under section 3 c of paragraph 1. 2 (a). (b) point 2 of the Act) shall be for each calendar
month in which the obligation of the holder of the authorization fee took to

§ 4
The effectiveness of the
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 2000. January 2012.
