Ministry of the environment shall establish in accordance with § 79 paragraph 2. 4 (b). (h))

Act No. 114/1992 Coll., on nature and landscape protection, as amended by Act No.

349/2009, code:



§ 1



The definition of national nature reserve



(1) the national natural reservation Králický Sněžník (hereinafter referred to as

"national nature reserve").



(2) national nature reserve is situated on the territory of the Pardubice region,

in the cadastral areas of the upper Morava and Great Moravia and in the territory of

The Olomouc region, in the cadastral areas of Moravia and in Small Glass

Argentines. The boundaries of the National Park shall be closed

§ 2



Object of protection



The subject of the protection of national nature reserves are



a) natural forest stands consisting of mainly mountain communities,

waterlogged peaty and spruce groves, acidofilních and beech forests, flowering

(b) natural habitats formed by mainly) communities arktoalpínských

lawns, avalanche tracks with vysokostébelnými nivami, acidophilic

vegetation Alpine drolin, acidified vegetation Alpine rocks and

gap vegetation silicate rocks and drolin,



c) wetlands consisting of mainly highland communities of peatlands,

areas and potočních niv and



(d)) populations of rare and endangered plant species in particular Bell

bearded (Campanula barbata) and Cardamine Opizovy (Cardamine amara

subsp. opizii), including their habitats.



§ 3



More protective conditions



Only with the consent of the competent authority for nature protection in the national

nature reserve



and to authorize or make changes) species of land or methods of their

(b)) allow or perform geological work associated with intervention in the

territory,



(c) modify the surface road) with the use of non-local

natural material of the same geological origin,



d) indicate hiking trails, cycling routes, hippotrasy or

winter cross-country trails,



(e)) allow and carry out interventions in troughs or the shores of watercourses, or



f) allow for unhindered movement of dogs, with the exception of the exercise of the rights of hunting.
