DECREE



of 28 June. February 2013,



amending Decree No. 290/2008 Coll., on animal health requirements for

aquaculture animals and products,

measures for the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic

animals



The Ministry of agriculture lays down pursuant to § 78 of Act No. 167/1999 Coll., on the

veterinary care and amending certain related laws (health

Act), as amended by Act No. 131/2003 Coll., Act No. 316/2004 Coll., Act

No 48/2006 Coll., Act No. 182/2008 Coll., Act No. 227/2009 Coll., Act

No 308/2007 Coll. and Act No. 359/2012 Coll., to implement section 5a paragraph 2. 4

(a). (c)), section 10 (1). 3 and § 53 para. 6 (a). (c)) the veterinary Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No. 290/2008 Coll., on animal health requirements for animals

aquaculture and aquaculture products, arrangements for

the prevention and control of certain diseases in aquatic animals, is amended

as follows:



1. In article 1 (1). 1 the words "the provisions of the European Communities ' ^ 1 ')"

replaced by the words "the provisions of the European Union" ^ 1 ")" and the words "regulations

^ 2) of the European Communities (hereinafter referred to as "the rules of the European

the community ")" are replaced by the words "European Union regulations ^ 2) (hereinafter referred to as

"the rules of the European Union") ".

Commission Directive 2008/53/EC of 30 March 2004. April 2008 amending

Annex IV to Council Directive 2006/88/EC as regards Spring Viraemia of carp

(SVC).



The implementing Commission directive 2012/31/EU of 25. October 2012, which

amending Annex IV to Council Directive 2006/88/EC as regards the list of fish species

susceptible to the viral haemorrhagic septicaemia, and delete related entries

the epidemiological study of syndrome. ".



2. In article 2 (2). 1 (b). (f)) and paragraph 2. 5, § 6 (1). 2, § 14 para. 1, section 17

paragraph. 2, § 24 para. 1 and 2, § 28 para. 2 (a). (d)), § 46 para. 1, annex

# 3, part I (b). And section 3, annex 3, part I (b). (B) section 3 and in

Annex 6, point 1, third indent, the words "European Community",

replaced by the words "European Union".



3. In article 7 (2). 2 the words "parts 2 to 4" shall be replaced by "parts 2 and 3".



4. in article 18, paragraph 2, including footnote 8 is deleted and

at the same time, paragraph 1 shall be deleted.



5. In paragraph 40, the words "§ 39 para. 2 and 3 ' shall be replaced by "§ 39 para. 2. "



6. in annex No. 3 part II:
