GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 23 December 2003. October 2013,
amending Government Decree No. 86/2007 Coll. on technical requirements
on toys, as amended by Decree-Law No 24/Sb.
Government orders under section 22 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical
requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by
Act No. 207/2002 Coll. and Act No. 34/2007 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to
implement section 2 (a). (d)), section 11 (1) 1, 2 and 9, section 11a. 2, § 12 and 13
the law:
Article. (I)
Government Regulation No. 86/2007 Coll. on technical requirements for toys,
amended by Decree-Law No 24/2013 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In paragraph 1, the word "Union", the words ", at the same time builds on the
directly applicable regulation the European Union ^ 4). "

"4) of Commission Regulation (EU) no 681/2013 of 17 May. July 2013
the amended part III of the annex II to the directive of the European Parliament and of the Council
2009/48/EC on the safety of toys. "
2. in annex 2 section III. point 12 under the "barium" in the second
column number "4 500" is replaced by "1 of 500", in the third column is
"number 1 125" is replaced by "375" and in the fourth column, the figure ' 56
000 ' is replaced by ' 6 750 ".
