GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 23 December 2003. October 2013,



amending Government Decree No. 86/2007 Coll. on technical requirements

on toys, as amended by Decree-Law No 24/Sb.



Government orders under section 22 of Act No. 22/1997 Coll., on technical

requirements for products and amending and supplementing certain acts, as amended by

Act No. 207/2002 Coll. and Act No. 34/2007 Coll. (hereinafter the "Act") to

implement section 2 (a). (d)), section 11 (1) 1, 2 and 9, section 11a. 2, § 12 and 13

the law:



Article. (I)



Government Regulation No. 86/2007 Coll. on technical requirements for toys,

amended by Decree-Law No 24/2013 Coll., is amended as follows:



1. In paragraph 1, the word "Union", the words ", at the same time builds on the

directly applicable regulation the European Union ^ 4). "
