35/2010 Coll. DECREE of 25 January 2010 amending Decree of the Czech Mining Office No. 22/1989 Coll., On the occupational safety and health and safety in mining activities and the conquest of the unrestricted minerals underground, as amended, and Decree No. 659/2004 Coll., on the occupational safety and health and safety in mines with danger of rock bursts, as amended by Decree no 282/2007 Coll. Czech Mining Office determined according to section 6 para. 6 point. and) Act No. 61/1988 Coll., on mining, explosives and the State Mining Authority: PART ONE Amendments to the decree on occupational safety and health and safety in mining activities and the conquest of the unrestricted minerals underground Article. And Decree No. 22/1989 Coll., On the occupational safety and health and safety in mining activities and the conquest of the unrestricted minerals underground, as amended by Decree No. 477/1991 Coll., Decree No. 340/1992 Coll., Decree No. 3/1994 Coll., Decree No. 54/1996 Coll., Decree No. 111/1998 Coll., Decree No. 434/2000 Coll., Decree No. 330/2002 Coll. , Decree No. 141/2004 Coll., Decree No. 298/2005 Coll. and Decree No. 282/2007 Coll., is amended as follows: 1. In section 231a paragraph. 4, letter a) reads: "and the ground current) at a single-line ground fault network which supplies mobile machines in excavation and Ruban not exceed 7 and". 2. In section 231D, paragraph 1 shall be deleted. Paragraphs 2 and 3 shall become paragraphs 1 and 2. 4. In section 242 paragraph. 2, second sentence, the words "paragraph. 5 "the words" point. b) ". PART TWO Amendments to the decree on occupational safety and health and safety in mines with danger of rock bursts Art. (II) in section 15 of Decree No. 659/2004 Coll., On the occupational safety and health and safety in mines with danger of rock bursts, as amended by Decree no 282/2007 Coll., Paragraph 3 reads: "(3) Cable distribution above 1 kV in mines included in the 2nd or 3rd degree risk of shocks must be equipped with automatic switch off electricity when and) shock , or b) exceeding the permissible concentration of methane in the mine air. The shutdown must occur within two seconds of exceeding the set limit of any sensor located in those parts. The placement of sensors and automatic switch-off areas will determine the race of the mine. The organization is indicated in the emergency plan. ". PART THREE Article. (III) Transitional Provisions 1. The requirement in section 231a paragraph. 4 of a point. d) Decree No. 22/1989 Coll., on the occupational safety and health and safety in mining activities and the conquest of the unrestricted minerals underground, as amended, effective from the effective date of Decree No. 35/2010 Coll., it is necessary that fill a) new and refurbished circuit breakers listed first put into service after the effective date of this Order, until 30 June 2010; (b)) for circuit breakers, re-installed after the effective date of this Order, until 30 June 2011, c) for the other power switches until 30 June 2012. 2. The requirements set out in § 15 para. 3 of Decree No. 659/2004 Coll., on the occupational safety and health and safety in mines with danger of rock bursts, which are effective from the effective date of the Decree No. 35/2010 Coll., to be filled by 31 December 2010.
