Law No 169/1990 Coll., on citizens ' committees working in the resorts

The Federal Assembly of the Czech and Slovak Federal Republic

committed to this Act:



Article. (I)



Act No. 100/1970 Coll., on the service of members of the Corps of national

security, as amended by laws No. 63/1983, Coll., no 74/1990 Coll. and no.

169/1990 Coll., shall be amended and supplemented as follows:



1. § 36 including the title reads as follows:



"§ 36



The service held over the underlying period of service in a week



(1) if required by the interests of the service, the Member shall take place

service in excess of the basic period of service a week.



(2) If a member has a direct service to the security nature of the agreed

the basic period of service in a week, it has for each hour of the exercise of that

services of compensatory time off; compensatory time off must be granted within one

of the month and if it is not possible for the important interests of the service, belong to the

Member for each hour of the exercise of such a service cash compensation in

the amount corresponding to the average hourly staff income. For the days

uninterrupted rest in the week or for the holidays with cash compensation

increased by 33%.
