The DECREE



of 23 December 2003. March 2004,



amending Decree No 428/2001 Coll., implementing Act No.

274/2001 Coll., on the water supply and sewerage networks for public use and the

amendments to certain acts (the Act on water supply and sewerage networks)



The Ministry of agriculture lays down, pursuant to section 40 of the Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on the

water supplies and sewerage Act for public use and change some

laws (the law on water supplies and sewerage Act), (hereinafter referred to as "the Act") to

the implementation of § 5 (3). 6, § 8 paragraph. 12, section 13 (3). 5, § 17 paragraph. 8 and § 38

paragraph. 6 of the Act:



Article. (I)



Decree No 428/2001 Coll., implementing Act No. 274/2001 Coll., on the

water supplies and sewerage Act for public use and change some

laws (the law on water supplies and sewerage Act), is hereby amended as follows:



1. In article 1 (d)):



"(d)), the construction of water treatment facilities with a set of objects and technologies for

water treatment (water treatment plant); for the construction of water treatment, for the purposes

water treatment technology, ".

8. In section 7, the following paragraph 7 and 8 are added:
