DECREE



The Ministry of agriculture



of 11 December 1997. April 1997,



defining the types of plants and the conditions under which their

propagating material by the end of 1997 may be put into circulation as

business, its features and how to check



The Ministry of agriculture shall be determined according to § 32 para. 1 of Act No. 92/1996

Coll., on plant varieties, seed and propagating material of cultivated plants, (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"):



§ 1



Species of plants whose propagating material may only be observed in 1997

into circulation as a business, (hereinafter referred to as "the species of plants") are spring wheat,

spring barley, oats, red clover, white clover, alfalfa, peas

pea, field pea, and Vitis vinifera.



§ 2



Propagating material of the plants listed in § 1 shall not have germination

lower than



78% for spring wheat,



78% for barley, spring



75% for linseed, oats



60% for Red clover,



60% for clover plazivého,



60% for the alfalfa,



70% in the case of field pea,



70% for the pelušky.



§ 3



Propagating material of spring wheat, spring barley, linseed and oats

referenced in the circulation as a business must have a moisture content of less than 5%,

propagating material of red clover, clover and Lucerne plazivého must

have a moisture content of less than 15%.



§ 4



Propagating material of the plants listed in paragraph 1 may contain

the admixture of other cultural species in the highest amount of 0.5%.



§ 5



For seedlings of vine ripened branch length must be at least 10

cm.



§ 6



Propagating material of the plants listed in § 1 shall



and) be made of a scientific or recognised under section 22(2). 4

(b)) the requirements laid down for certified seed or propagating material for

listed species under the special regulation ^ 1) in this

propagating material in accordance with this Ordinance.



§ 7



Propagating material of clover plazivého, red clover and alfalfa from

imports can be put into circulation as a business subject to conditions

laid down in section 1 to 4 and section 6 (a). (b)), and (c)), provided that the quality of

the imported planting material is proven by a certificate

The international seed testing Association (ISTA) and the subscription was made

sample control.



§ 8



The characteristics of the business of propagating material shall be carried out in the same

way as the characteristics of the certified propagating

material of the species listed. ^ 2)



§ 9



This Decree shall take effect on the date of publication.
