The Department of transportation shall determine pursuant to section 137, paragraph. 2 Act No. 361/2000
Coll. on road traffic and on changes of some acts
(the law on road traffic), as amended by Act No. 478/2001 Coll., Act No.
53/2004 Coll., Act No. 411/2005 Coll., Act No. 226/2006 Coll., Act No.
274/2008 Coll., Act No. 480/2008 Coll. and Act No. 133/2011 Coll. (hereinafter the

Article. (I)
Decree No. 30/2001 Coll., implementing rules on
