GOVERNMENT REGULATION



of 29 April 2004. July 1992



about the Declaration of the territory of the old town of Františkovy Lázně and territory

the fortress of Terezín in conservation area



The Government of the United States directs pursuant to § 5 para. 1 of the law of the Czech national

No 20/1987 Coll. on State heritage preservation:



§ 1



(1) the territory of the historical core of the town of Františkovy Lázně is declared

reservation.



(2) the territory of the fortress of Terezín is declaring a reservation (

"the reservation").



§ 2



(1) the boundaries of the area of Františkovy Lázně is defined in annex No.

1 of this regulation, and is indicated in the schedule that is saved in the

the Ministry of culture of the Czech Republic, the State Institute of historic preservation

in Prague, at the Heritage Institute in Pilsen, at the municipal office in the

Františkovy Lázně and at the District Office in Cheb.



(2) the boundaries of the territory of the reserve strength of Terezín is defined in annex No. 2

of this regulation and is indicated in the plan, which is kept by the Ministry of

culture of the United States, with the National Institute for preservation of historical monuments in Prague, at the

Institute in Ústí nad Labem, Litoměřice, District Office, and

at the municipal office in Terezin.



(3) the designation of the boundaries of the territory of the reserve in the spatial planning documents, and

in the spatial planning documentation, by special regulations. ^ 1)



§ 3



Protection security reservations Františkovy Lázně and the Terezin (Theresienstadt),

lays down the following conditions:

Františkovy Lázně



The boundaries of the territory of the towns of Františkovy Lázně leads

the street-side Lidickou and Ms. Army to Station Street and continues

Park way in the orchards of youth and the station to the Russian street trail. On

the East side leads to the stream according to the solid CSD Slatinka. South side

leads by the Creek and on the West side of Slatinka continues Dvořák

the orchards for a short journey to the West off road coupling through the intersection of the street

Terezin (Theresienstadt)



Range conservation area in Terezin is delimited by a line which runs along

the northern side of town from the junction of the roads Terezín-Lovosice-Litoměřice

to the East along the road I-8, branches off to the North on the way to the number 666

to the North boundary of the parcel of land (hereinafter referred to as "parcels") 668,

further along the northern side of parcel 664, 670, 671 and 672 to the Northeast

corner plot 668 where passes the ohře River to the northern side of parcel 693,

circulates North arrow (parcel 687 and 690), continues after the northern side

parcel 694, 700, 702, Terezín-České Kopisty road and

continues after the northeastern border of the parcel, the northern side of parcel 704

706, exceeds the Ohře River and Old monitors the northern edge of the parcel and 712

713. On the eastern side of the town follows the West side of the reservation boundaries

parcel to Terezín-593 Počáply road, after which it is facing South towards

the road I class I-8, which crosses and runs along the South side of parcel

to the South East arrow stronghold 368 (369 parcel, 371-375), which orbits.

On the South side of the sanctuary is the border along the South side of parcel 384

and 390 to the old Ohre River, which passes and goes outside the fortifications along the way when

the South side of parcel 396 to Ohře River and its East Bank towards

South. The boundaries of the river passes and turns to the West at the North-East

corner plot 285/3, keeps track of its northern side and continues after

the northern side of parcel 1 and 285/327/1 to the cemetery (plot 754), which

orbit South and West side, and runs along the southwestern side of the parcel

750 to Terezín-Bohušovice. On the Western side of the town is the border

guided by the North Road and street Terezín-Bohušovice outside Crete
