The National Assembly of the Republic passed on this

the Act:



§ 1



The validity of the Constitutional Act of 11 June 2002. June 1930, no. 102 Coll. and n.

modify the State borders with Germany, Austria and Hungary also extends to

to the Convention on the adjustment issues arising from the determination of the boundary between the

the Republic of Czechoslovakia and the Kingdom of Romania (the Statute),

signed on 15 December. July 1930.



§ 2



This Act shall take effect on the date of the notice; It does the Minister

Foreign Affairs and the Minister of public works, in agreement with the participating

Ministers.
